RETURN POLICY

If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order (we hope you will be!). Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 business days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return. Returned items must be received by the 14th day to the P.O. Box listed below. 

You will receive a digital GIFT CARD via email containing a unique code once your return has been processed. 

Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, or dog hair. 

 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. RETURNS MUST SHIP USPS

No return authorization is needed, simply ship your item to:

Please include the packing slip with your return with the reason for return (i.e. wrong size, defective item, etc.) The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it. Please wrap your item neatly and in paper of some kind to protect the item. 

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you. 

 

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If the address you provided is unable to be delivered, the customer is responsible for any additional postage needed. An additional flat rate of $8 will be charged to the customer to re-deliver any order that was placed with an incorrect or undeliverable shipping address. 
*We are not responsible for the recovery or reimbursement of packages sent to the wrong address inputed by the customer.
