Shipping Policy
SHIPPING INFO
- FREE SHIPPING on all domestic orders over $100!
- Please allow 1-3 business days to process orders after they are made.
- After order is processed shipping usually takes 3-7 business days.
- You will receive an automatic email notification with the tracking number for your order. Tracking is included on all domestic orders and can take up to 24 hours to update.
- Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship the following Business Day.
- Orders cannot be canceled or changed after being placed.
- P.O. Boxes cannot be shipped UPS.
POSSIBLE DELAYS
- You will receive a notification if there is any reason your order may be delayed or cancelled.
- There may be delays due to weather, holidays, and UPS delays that are beyond our control!
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
- If the address you provided is incorrect and/or unable to be delivered, the customer is responsible for any additional postage needed.
- An additional flat rate of $8 will be charged to the customer to re-deliver any order that was placed with an incorrect or undeliverable shipping address.
- PLEASE double check your shipping address! Once we ship your order, you will be charged for us to ship it the second time if you entered the wrong address. If you do put the wrong address and it gets shipped back to us, we will email you upon receipt and you will purchase our $5 reshipment along with providing an updated address.
- **Please note we are not responsible for stolen packages. If the shipping carrier confirms delivery we are unable to issue a refund. If products are marked as delivered, you will need to contact the carrier regarding your package.
